Supervise and manage a team of project managers responsible for the visual merchandising of the Electronics and Toy departments in a chain of 3500+ retail stores. Manage cross-functional relationships across several support departments to achieve four major modular resets and dozens of seasonal programs each year.

Planned, bought, and executed merchandise programs for the multi-billion dollar video game software category. Managed relationships with over 40 game publishers including Microsoft, Nintendo and Sony. Developed and presented annual operating plans for the category.

Designed and executed merchandise programs for the digital audio and portable entertainment categories. Built import buying plans and negotiated with suppliers in China. Responsible for over 15 supplier relationships including Apple, and Creative Labs.

Executed the buying plans for the multi-billion dollar pre-recorded video category. Planned and executed feature displays of seasonal movies. Assisted the senior buyer with forecasting new release launches.

Planned and executed the tactics for the Film Developing category. Designed the merchandising programs for 2400+ one-hour photo labs and chain-wide film developing services.

Managed the training staff and daily operations of the Photo Training Center. Responsible for the two-week on-boarding of 800 Photo Center Managers each year. Directed the continuing technical education of over 200 field managers.

Worked in various positions throughout the photo operations side of the company. These positions included Photo Center Manager, Photo District Manager, and the Photo Operations Coordinator where I supervised a team responsible for all of the Sam's Club photo labs.
