• Ensure that invoicing system revenue aligns with the general ledger on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the invoicing system as needed• Properly delegate tasks amongst team• Work closely with IT on system-related issues that impact the overall EBITDA and DSO for the company• Escalation point for revenue-related commission calculation errors• Subject matter expert for all systems relating to revenue recognition• Ad-hoc reporting and auditing as requested by employees across all teams in the company• Manage and work to improve current revenue processes• Create how-to guides and presentations for various revenue processes and present to the Revenue Department as needed• Keep stability tracker up-to-date for performance-related system issues for high-level reporting and updates• Run with month- and year-end revenue recognition processes to ensure data across all systems is accurately recognized in the correct period• Meet with external auditors for walkthroughs of revenue reporting• Keep entire department updated on current IT issues• Assist revenue leadership with account clean-ups, collections and invoicing as needed• Meet with IT product team on a monthly basis to discuss and prioritize JIRA tickets to make sure we're aligned• Manage revenue processes and provide best practices for the 200+ members of the revenue department

At the Auburn Arena, I'm responsible for planning and executing the process of setting up numerous events that take place on campus and, more specifically, in the Auburn Arena. These events include, but are not limited to: basketball games, volleyball games, gymnastics events, concerts, graduations, speeches, ceremonies for special guests, etc. In addition to this, I also served on the Auburn Arena hiring committee, where I helped conduct individual and group interviews to find the best possible applicants for employment at the Auburn Arena.
