Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitor (MLCC) department - Appearance/Visual inspection process• Monitor and control Defect reduction and Yield to improve the Overall Equipment Efficiency and lead time / turn around time performance of the process• Provides studies and conduct feasibility studies for continuous process improvement• Analysis of machine parameters versus control chart data and provides immediate and long term countermeasures for out of specification and out out of control trends• Performs root cause analysis, design corrective / preventive actions and schedule action plans• Creation and revision of work instructions and process changepoints• Monitors and ensures compliance of all the documented revisions, process changepoints and operating procedures• Supports and participates on production, quality and equipment related issues• Spearheads customer issue reports, VIP reports (Division leader, President, General-Manager level) and direct reporting on the General Manager and President of the company• Handles group of operators and technicians
