Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the executive staff. Reviewing & refining different processes for best operational practices Optimize operations through innovation and process developmentSupported different projects with operational guidance and resources Coordinated and maintained communication with support staff, executive team, and management to discuss & report project performanceProvide support to the Treasurer/Senior VP of Operations.Handle communications and coordinate the meetings of the board of directors.Take minutes at the meetings.Review requests for expense reimbursement of the board and staff.Compile productivity statistics monthly and annually.Prepare quarterly copyright applications.Oversee annual voting for board seats.Assist with informative and educational videos as needed.Assist in keeping the company website current and fresh.Assist with annual CPA audit and tax return as requested.Research industry and company issues as requested.
