As the Member Service Specialist at Altea Active West 6th, I engage with members and prospects across multiple channels, providing assistance, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to enhance the overall experience. From managing feedback to processing payments and bookings, my goal is to ensure every interaction leads to increased loyalty. I participate in club events and interact with members on the floor to strengthen relationships. I work closely with all departments and collaborate with the Assistant General Manager to ensure seamless communication and deliver 5-star service daily.

At The Cycle Collective, I am responsible for overseeing all operations at the studio. This includes Human Resources through the hiring, training, and management of coaches and front desk employees. I collaborate with our creative team to construct brand identity, social media strategies, and advertising campaigns on various platforms. I analyze financial statements and work with ownership to create, meet, and exceed company goals. I lead the team by example and continue to build a workplace environment that encourages personal growth through knowledge shared as a community.I personally contributed to the pre-opening of the studio by setting up the client software, payroll, and website. All products and services were integrated with each other from day one allowing for a seamless launch on October 1st, 2022. I also provided insight into designing and configuring the studio space with the goal of providing the highest revenue per square foot while marinating a luxury boutique feel.

At Method, my goal is to curate a fitness experience that originates from genuine workouts, unrivalled hospitality, and an inclusive community.As General Manager, I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations across all of our studios. I work closely with all members of staff to ensure their needs are met so that they can deliver a successful experience. I further this by being the point of contact for all Human Resources-related subjects. Setting an example for all employees and contractors at Method is a priority for the leadership team and I contributed to the success of this by bringing HR initiatives into the spotlight.I curate the physical appearance of the spaces we operate in as well as digital marketing. Accelerating the brand's image has been one of my biggest undertakings in this role. Through sales and marketing initiatives, I have allowed the company to grow beyond its previously known demographic. This was crucial during the navigation of the pandemic and the years following. I worked with the entire team to implement strategies that allowed our products and services to tailor to new audiences. Together, we were able to highlight our unique offerings and the benefits they provide on a larger scale.Additionally, I contributed to various projects within the company. These included the design and implementation of merchandise, the overhaul of our online (live & on-demand) services, and the creation of the Method Cycling Club.

As a lead coach at Method Cycling I create indoor and outdoor cycling workouts. From 60-minute interval based classes to custom 8 week training plans.

As a member of Rosewood Hotel Georgia's Management In Training (MIT) program I am provided with the opportunities necessary to develop my career path. Working alongside fellow associates, I am able to gain new knowledge and skills whilst also having the chance to showcase my own leadership qualities.Upon joining the team in 2015, I was fortunate enough to learn housekeeping management from the Director of Housekeeping who guided me through best-practices, schedule balancing, and brand standards. From here I was able to act as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager during an interim period and provided valued assistance to the department.After completing my time in housekeeping, I moved within the rooms division to the Front Office where I used my previous knowledge in this department to assist guests with concierge services, check-in and checkout, as well as guest services. Additionally, I spent time working with the Sales & Marketing team as a Marketing Intern. Here I found myself managing social media content, creating strategic advertisements, and coming up with unique ways to differentiate our property within the city of Vancouver.
