I'm a British/Indian social designer, entrepreneur and adviser to the UK government, ethical businesses & civil society. I work with major programmes in education, health, climate, justice & culture. I'm passionate about innovation in the creation of public value & goods. My business Create/Change takes a multidisciplinary approach, combining expertise in user-centred design, agile development, qual & quant analysis and AI/data science. This helps complex organisations explore new ideas quickly and cheaply, particularly in wicked or systemic problem spaces. This is what we do:• Develop primary research insights about user needs• Rapid prototype policy, legislation or digital products • Test and co-design ideas with citizens and customers, including those who are vulnerable or hard-to-reach using standard quant techniques• Develop options for leaders and Ministers that have a strong evidence base and show how policy/strategy can incorporate feedback loops that allow for iteration rather than having to be ‘right first time’• Help transform major programmes and create the right conditions for success
