As a designer who has worked in various industries over the years adaptability and intercommunication have become my greatest assets. Every project I have worked on has required lots of working with external and internal personnel to reach a desired income. One of the challenges in that is finding the balance of executing your ideas for a project while being receptive and considerate of other perspectives. Through experiences of this nature and working in team settings through my entire career it has shown me how to be a leader and a team player when it is necessary. A part of doing both is to put achieving your goal and becoming more knowledgeable and efficient for future projects. A major part of this is asking questions and offering and receiving feedback that allows you, your team, and your creative process to improve. Through all my projects and job opportunities I always push myself to try and learn new things while sharpening the skillset I already possess.
