Personally it involved working in one of the most flexible venues in the world, and the freedom to be creative with some of the best AV equipment and AV expertise in the country and utilising limited themeing resources to create new and unique designs to impress and wow event attendees, who then carry their opinions of one of Australia's best production houses and venues to the world.Further aspects of my job included working with the Technical Production Staff and other ACC Departments to ensure changeover between events was efficient with resources streamlined and Audio Visual Transitions between events occurring as cost and resource effectively as possible, without detracting from the client experience.My role was very much a front facing intermediary between the ACC clientele and the ACC Technical Production Department. Our team of 3 Technical Design Specialists worked closest with the ACC Event Planning Team, who looked after the Food, Beverage, Room Logisitics and a Multitude of other aspects of Event Planning. With one Technical Design Specialist and one Event Planner teaming up for each event, we ensured that no stone was left unturned in creating premium events recognised time and time again throughout Australia and beyond.I moved on from my position at the ACC with good memories and valuable experience gained - a valuable period of my personal and professional development.
