Leading on the development of high quality Public Engagement and Learning programmes, with a young people and adults focus, across all 5 IWM sites.Providing excellent leadership and management for projects that are delivered by a team of Senior Producers, Producers, Assistants and external contractors, responsible for delivering high quality formal and informal learning experiences for audiences of all ages, across all 5 IWM sites through various platforms, including onsite and online. 

Programming informal learning events, activities and projects providing the broadest possible access to and engagement with IWM's collections and themes in a rolling programme and marking major anniversaries and key dates.Developing high profile events, often in partnership with artists, musicians and creative practitioners, charities, schools, colleges and universities, academics, researchers, journalists, broadcasters and cultural commentators as well as other cultural and arts and heritage organisations.Engaging with international, national and local festivals and initiatitives with a focus on learning, culture, arts and heritage and IWM's subject and themes.Developing resources, interpretation and spaces to support learning and communication for broad audiences including families with young children.Part of IWM North's Programming Group, monitoring and planning the public programme of exhibitions, events, projects, programmes, campaigns and audience development activity.
