Onboarding and employee engagement to talent acquisition and training programs; Being the primary contact for employees, providing assistance of their queries and needs and ensuring their well-being; Supporting and covering the office logistics; Tracking records of vacations, attendance and sync the overall work; Advertising of work positions on various channels, locating and hiring talents; Maintaining confidentiality in handling employee information and sensitive Human Resources matters.

Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all businesstransactions are recorded; Maintain and update Accounts payable and accounts receivable; Reconsile bank statements, Payroll; Assist in preparation of Conduct month-end and year-end closures; Apply new accounting policies and ensure comliance with rules andregulations; Preparation of documents for audits; Report to the Manager and work to improve financial processes

Analysis of credit applications, assessment of collateral in accordance with the policies and procedures of the bank, monitoring the placements and settling the obligations of the clients, achieving the set goals, fulfilling the plans, determing the financial needs of the clients and following the trends of the market/competition in order to advise the clients and propose specific products that will meet their requirements, promoting the bank products and services to the population of existing and potential clients in order to achieve personal targets and contribite to the performance and profitability of the bank.
