I launched a web app to make public transport in Shtip, Macedonia, easier to navigate. My aim was to fill a gap in the community: providing reliable, real-time information on bus schedules and routes at everyone's fingertips. The journey from the app's initial idea to its current form taught me the importance of listening to user feedback, adapting quickly, and always focusing on what truly helps people in their daily commutes.Key Achievements:Quick Launch & Continuous Updates: Started with a simple, yet functional app and kept improving it based on what commuters really needed.Direct User Engagement: Gained invaluable insights through talking directly with users and testing the app's usability with them.
