Half my working life I have been an employee and the other half an entrepreneur. As an employee, I gained experience as an accounting clerk. As an entrepreneur, I started two successful businesses where I was able to use the skills I learned as an employee plus learning business management, customer service, and attention to detail.The past ten years I have owned a small café. Cooking has always been a passion of mine, and I enjoy my work. I can be creative with baking and cooking, and I get to interact with my customers from whom I constantly learn something new.However, I love to learn, and I love computers and other technology. I pursued my passion for computers by learning frontend web design and development, and computer programming. This led to an interest in social media marketing which fulfills my creative nature with content design, and my love of words with writing copy. My desire now is to become a virtual assistant where I can use so many of the talents and passions I have developed and improved in the past as I continue to help and teach those in need of my talents.
