Provides programmatic and technical oversight for the Micro Exploratory Council (MEC) to the Department of Defense(DoD) client.• Oversees and manages $1.5M budget for the MEC program.• Executes projects for eight workshops annually to include: project plans, budget, vendor management, RFP’s and purchase requisitions, vendor management, cost analysis and risk management and technical reviews.• Manages conference sites as the point of contact to ensure contractual obligations are met.• Manages the procurement process to ensure timely approval of purchase requisitions.• Creates monthly contract status deliverables for ongoing and upcoming projects for the project director.• Serves as the point of contact for the division Corporate Research Proposal (CRP) and processes to implement projects.• Oversees the division consultant process to include: purchase requisitions, period of performance, no cost extensions andstatement of work.
