With over 10 years of experience in marketing and communications, I retired from my role as a Project Officer/Campaign Manager at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in May 2023. In this position, I led and coordinated multiple projects and campaigns to promote public health awareness, education, and prevention. I applied my skills in project management, strategic planning, and project planning to deliver high-quality and impactful outcomes. I also collaborated with various stakeholders, partners, and media outlets to ensure effective and consistent messaging and branding. My core competencies include developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies, managing budgets and timelines, and evaluating and reporting on the performance and impact of the projects and campaigns. I am passionate about public health and social justice, and I am motivated by the mission of the CDC to protect and improve the health and well-being of the American people and the world.
