I am a communicator at heart, and I have spent my career putting that skill to use. Working both agency-side and in-house, I have helped companies of all sizes – from start-up to publicly traded – grow their brand awareness. In my role as Chief Client Officer, I act as a key “voice of the client,” leveraging the firm’s best practices, methodologies and innovative integrated marketing and PR services to drive client satisfaction, retention and growth. I also work closely with our team of client relations EVPs, SVPs and VPs to provide strategic oversight and counsel to our client programs, with a focus on marketing and advertising technology, data and analytics and all things surrounding the customer journey and digital experience.I am passionate about PAN’s focus on building a people-first culture, and I try to invest in "people" on a daily basis by helping lead, motivate and mentor.I love to collaborate; I love to dissect and attack a challenge; and I try to bring both a sense of humor and calm to the mix.
