•Responsible for telephone and e-mail solicitation campaigns to communicate event benefits that will lead to increased exhibit space sales results. Establish personal rapport with new exhibitors to identify exhibitor needs and objectives. •Achieve established sales goals, document sales efforts, and meet/exceed daily call and contact expectations.•Offer feedback to Show Managers on objections/hurdles/wins and offer recommendations for direct mail campaigns.•Gain in depth knowledge about assigned industries and association events.•Travel to shows for prospective exhibitors.•Work with prospective exhibitors to ensure they understand the terms of the exhibit agreement, including payment policies, insurance certificate requirements, display guidelines, exposition rules and regulations, and assign exhibit space that best matches exhibitor objectives.•Work internally with Account Managers to ensure the processing of client contracts, invoices, acknowledgment letters, pre-show promotion programs, exhibitor service programs, sales mailings, prospecting projects, etc. •Encourage exhibitors to participate in event marketing program and post show follow-up.•Assist with special projects as assigned by the Account Manager and work with Marketing to also research and build prospect databases.
