Furthermore, while working with Irving Shipbuilding Inc. on the Canadian Surface Combatant (CSC) Program - a program tasked with designing and building a fleet of naval warships for the Canadian Government – I was promoted to the intermediate role of Configuration and Document Controller, comprising of the standard Information Management core duties but also including mentoring, teaching, training and developing junior staff while also supporting senior staff and management.
