It's time to discover the world!I have the pleasure of advising Gilman Award seeking students with essays and applications via writing workshops that have recently resulted in a 68 percent increase in application completion. In addition to that, I collaborate with advisors and directors to determine and coordinate best communication outreach practices yielding in a 14 percent increase in diverse representation on study abroad programs. I direct all communications (emails, presentations, interpersonal, social media) and outreach for the Gilman Award initiative in the department resulting in raised student awareness and participation.

University Programs is an innovative, collaborative programming board that aims to foster community while maximizing student development through campus-wide events implemented by UA students.In my role, provide executive level support to the department’s director including presentations, complex reports, confidential correspondence and files while handling special projects and events as assigned. I enhance the planning and implementation of 150+ programs resulting in an average attendance of 5,000 students. I also develop and maintain the current payroll system for all 25+ students. I revel in coordinating internal excursions, which yielded an 86 percent increase in overall office morale.
