Operations Support
Current- Service Associates will be supporting our clients' own customers with their needs. This position will betaking incoming calls throughout the day. Will be talking to shareholders with a variety of calls.
- CORE Processing- Address/Profile updates, various agreements needing to be uploaded, R+Dcalculations they need to process.
- COMPLEX Processing- financial beneficiary movement, setting up new accounts, working with complexasset allocations.
- Will be updating and changing clients information. Could be very entry level calls or could be morecomplex with a number of things that could be coming up with their accounts.
- Will be looking at taking upwards of 20-30 calls per day. Won't be taking any calls that require givingfinancial advice but will help point their client in the right direction.
- Working with a few different systems and web-based programs, 5-7 programs daily should be expected.
