At Priority Group my main role was to 1) Gave the support needed to our field workers out in the field 2) Provide customer service to all Priority Groups customers.My daily tasks included-Answering and resolving any customer queries or issues over the phone-Auditing customers and fieldworkers to ensure all jobs were done correctly and satisfactory,beofre submitting these jobs to the Australian Government-Communicating with our fieldworkers regarding holidays, time off, areas where they were willing to work etc-Scheduling fieldworkers days, therefore ensuring all jobs were as best placed as possible relating to job times and job locations etc

At the Earthquake Commission I was mainly responsible for dealing with and resolving escalated complaints from customers, this varied from assessment to settlement issues or in some cases more complex and sensitive issues, I would use my internal contacts within the company to help resolve these issues as best I could.-I was in charge of the Complaints team where I would distribute new complaints among the team-I managed to get our complaints spreadsheet down to our promised 10 day service standard period (down from 30) and maintained this service level for my duration at the company-I hit my KPI targets of over 100% for 6 months straight, the longest maintained target in the company to that dateI also dealt with customer emails, customer calls and authorizing emergency works for the people worst effected by the Christchurch earthquakes in New Zealand.

At Zurich Life I had two roles-My first & main role involved project work, this project work involved calculating and issuing refunds to certain Zurich customers who had been overcharged in previous years.My second role in Zurich was in the Policy Alterations, this simply involved cancelling and altering customer policies based on their specific requests.
