I practice exclusively in the areas of litigation and dispute resolution, with a particular interest in insurance defence litigation. I represent the interests of a number of domestic and international insurers, loss adjusters, brokers and self-insured entities. I also have a substantial plaintiff personal injury litigation practice and have been involved in prosecuting some of the most significant cases in this area in the West of Ireland, over the past decade. My practise encompasses, road traffic, public liability, employers liability, product liability, fatal injuries, medical negligence, toxic torts, in addition to coverage and indemnity issues.
