I am the Senior Production Manager at Magnolia Medical Center, and I am also a licensed Chiropractic Therapy Assistant and Chiropractic X-Ray Technician. I currently manage and oversee the entire treatment portion of the clinic (Chiropractic, Physical Rehabilitation, Functional Medicine, Weight Loss, and Stem Cell treatments) and also see multiple patients throughout the day for x-rays. I formerly worked with many patients throughout the day, and my main responsibilities during that time were to: Consult with patients about their physical conditions and symptoms, help develop treatment plans with Providers, teach patients how to properly use exercise techniques, provide manual therapy/stretching, maintain patients records and keep track of goals and progress, and advise patients about at-home treatment options and exercises. Although the majority of my day included working with patients on various types of active therapy exercises, I am also capable of working with passive therapy using modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, hot/cold packs, and spinal decompression.Along with being the CTA, I was also the DME officer, which means I am capable of delivering and instructing patients on how to properly use back braces, tens units, knee braces, and other forms of DME. Managing the entire treatment portion of the clinic allows me to stay on top the progression of the patients (quality control) and also help grow the clinic to be the largest and most successful holistic medical clinic in the country.
