Current-Assist with HSE, -Review data from rig audits and formulate plans to improve-Review well plan for compliance procedures-Pre-plan for safe and efficient rig moves, spud operations, drilling operations, casing operations, completions and well test operations-Ensuring adequate material availability-Assess down hole conditions related to torque and drag and make recommendations-Assess mud reports and cutting conditions to recognize problems with mud system-Ensure that well control equipment is maintained-Ensure that crews are trained and conduct regular well control drill-Review Emergency Response Plans and to prepare drilling and deck crews for specific emergency situations-Assist in training crews for emergency response-Assist with fire fighting teams and damage control stability-Maintain effective organization of files and official records-Properly fill out well control kill sheet-Properly shut in well and safely lead crew in well control operations
