I am a professional in guest experience and team development. Over the past 11 years I have developed 8 associates into shift managers and leads and 2 shift managers into assistant managers. I have achieved awards for 2012 soldier of the cycle, 2015 army physical fitness badge, 2014 employee of the month, and 2017 employee of the quarter. These achievements helped me gain experience in leadership and helped shaped my work ethic and skills to help me succeed in hospitality. I am passionate about creating an environment for my subordinates to thrive in to and achieve goals throughout the year. I feel it is important to have that connection with your team for them to give out their best everyday.
