Darrell W. Grant is our “Director of First and Lasting Impressions.” He works tirelessly to provide a welcoming environment for our clients, whether it be in the office or by phone. Growing up in a family business and spending more than a decade in consultative sales sharpened Darrell's abilities to counsel clients as a property & casualty agent then as a life insurance professional. At MetLife, he became a part of the "Deliver the Promise" program, an elite group of financial service representatives helping family members deal with the loss of a loved one, while navigating demanding paperwork during a very trying time. Darrell then had the opportunity to change roles and apply his organizational and process development skills to supervising a team of 13 professionals at four locations to support MetLife advisors.Darrell received his BSEd from Missouri State University and an MBA from Fontbonne University in St. Louis.He is passionate about people and enjoys helping others. He is particularly active with Safe Connections, having been a founding member of the Young Professionals Board. He has also served on the Board of Pride St. Louis, as host of St. Louis Pride Fest, as an Elder and Member of Session for his church, a neighborhood president and on various community committees.Darrell and his husband, Thomas, live near Creve Coeur Lake Park with their dogs Dudley and Oscar.
