PERSONAL SUMMARYI began training for my current profession unknowingly at the age of 12 when I started my 1st year of football. It was in football that I would learn many of the character traits and life skills that would in turn make me successful in my current career. Obviously there is the team mentality which involves individuals working to achieve a common goal, that is the most visible but also learning to perform in high pressure situations is a must for success now and then. Accountability is paramount, training and bringing new team members’ up to speed, safety of yourself and others and following procedures are all keys to being successful now and then.
