The Director of Maturity must be committed to glorifying God by teaching His infallible word to those who profess faith in Jesus Christ, as well as implement and oversee avenues of spiritual development of the Body of Christ. His mission is to expedite the spiritual transformation in the lives of believers through comprehensible, theological, and practical instructions of the Word of God that compels them to openly express genuine love for God and others through acts of service. The Director of Maturity’s objective is to equip the saints for the work of service, in order to build up God’s people so that every man, woman, and child can be mature in Christ (Ephesians 4: 11-12).
