Responsible for Sales and Marketing of various Rockwell Automation services including Asset Management, Assessment Services, Condition Monitoring, Safety-Network-Security Services, Onsite Support Services, Repairs, Remote Phone Support and Training. Our ability to support various industrial customers with Rockwell Automation products and services has resulted in average sales growth of over 15% the past two years.

Responsible for working with Rockwell Automation's Manufacturing Process Solutions Group to include and bundle various services with engineering proposals to customers. Bundled services are evaluated on a customer/project basis and include Asset Management, Engineering Service Contracts, Training, Software Support Contracts, Phone Support Contracts, Repair Services, etc.

Responsible for managing all facets of electronic and electro-mechanical components including supplier selection, performing onsite audits, documentation, evaluating quality and reliability of materials and components. I also was responsible for quality improvement activities including performing failure analysis when required and working with suppliers to implement quality improvement activities to ensure maximum manufacturing yields.
