I have held a number of mid level senior management roles over the last 15 years and developed a broad understanding of customer and consumer trends in both Retail and Financial markets. My roles have evolved over the years from Operation Manager through Business development into Relationship Management. Prior to my existing role with NCR I worked closely with Major Financial Institutions that include the Royal Bank of Scotland and Tesco Bank. The rapid change in technology and consumer habits over the last few years created a number of challenges for the Banks and Retail Clients I served, through insight, collaboration and product and market expertise my team and I always managed to exceed customer expectations leading the way with innovation and bespoke solutions.
