Formally known as Stepper Consulting, we changed our name to StepUP IT Services in the fall of 2016, which better reflects how the company has grown to it present size and now provides a variety of new services, beyond just IT consulting.At the start, there were only a handful of clients and I personally supported their IT needs.  As word spread and referrals came in, my company grew and started cooperatively working\partnering with other small IT companies in the area. The number of clients grew steadily and in the summer of 2013, we decided to move away from the "break-fix"​ model to a managed services platform. This strategic change involved hiring additional staff and migrating to a managed services platform.  In late 2014, Stepper Consulting started providing managed services with monthly, flat rate pricing, and now, support a variety of fully managed IT deliverables. In 2015, we moved our office to 1275 Bailey Hill Rd. in West Eugene. Then in 2016, we moved to our current office at 228 Grimes, Eugene.
