Real Estate truly became interesting to me when I discovered the field of Real Estate development. In 1988 I did my first subdivision and I was hooked. I started rezoning properties and building houses right out of the gate. By 1994 I was getting excited about building design when I met a house designer named Rus Collins. Rus ownes and operates a company called Zebra Design. Though Rus designs homes for a living he is an artist first. A good one and every building created was a work of that.I had discovered that creating these works of art was incredibly rewarding and I started applying them to every piece of land I cut up. Buyer's appreciated them to the point of buying them prior to construction start. It is like buying a custom design home....not to mention buying a work of art. I have enjoyed an incredibly rewarding, 38 year carreer and am happy to share my knowledge. cheers
