Darrell Clark is an attorney and partner at Stinson LLP where he focuses on the representation of creditors, debtors, committees and trustees in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 business bankruptcy cases. He serves as the managing partner of the Washington, DC office.He joined the firm in 1995 following his clerkship with United States Bankruptcy Judge Barry S. Schermer. He has significant experience in cases within the bankruptcy arena such as: • Representing telecommunications companies as creditors in Chapter 11 cases• Representing licensors of intellectual property in bankruptcy cases• Energy, oil and gas insolvency issues• Health care in bankruptcy issues• Asset purchasers in real estate bankruptcy cases • Served as a chapter 11 trustee • Representing lenders and bankers Darrell is also the editor, publisher and contributing author of "Real Estate Practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia".
