Managing trade show exhibits/events for Houston based Fortune 500 companies. From design and pricing, build and ship, show services and logistics, through install and dismantle. These projects range from inline modular exhibits to custom multi-level large island exhibits and everything in between. In addition to trade shows I have project managed permanent environments including studio build outs for Texas based News/Weather stations. My clients include those in Oil and Gas, Medical, HVAC, and Broadcast industries.

Provided consulting and planning on new product introduction campaign materials and activities for Fortune 100 Houston based company. Utilized my client’s internal and external processes and systems to provide project management for day-to-day marketing communications needs: production, branding and approvals for customer-facing documents, photography, illustrations and animations.

Project Management lead on multiple product line marketing programs, advertising campaigns, customer events, animations, lobby renovations, presentations, print collateral, and translation of customer facing documents -- providing leadership to ensure the programs met company brand standards, image and established corporate strategies while being cost-effective and maximizing marketing spend. I managed the interface of marketing deliverables with both internal and external creative teams, using company-approved vendors. I collaborated with a major division and three product service lines to develop, implement, maintain and report on marcom programs while independently managing hundreds of tactical projects per year.

Managed the team responsible for traffic and production of all internal and externally facing company communications. I played a key role in the development and implementation of the processes and systems vital to the workflow, project execution, cost-estimating and scheduling of all projects.

Lead a team responsible for the development of new print collateral materials supporting multiple product service lines while maintaining all company logos and working as lead designer on the re-branding of all materials following a major company reorganization. I was responsible for the development and policing of a completely new corporate identity, logos, and print collateral material templates for all Halliburton and KBR business units and the re-branding of marketing materials for discreet Dresser Industries product lines. I was directly or indirectly responsible for the design, production and delivery of Halliburton Company print collateral marketing campaigns -- from discreet products to Corporate level -- many of which received BMA lantern awards. On the internal side, I developed supporting materials for multiple employee communication campaigns ranging from annual benefits enrollment to the communications of the company branding efforts.
