Supervised a multinational sales force located throughout the U.S. and Canada of 12 direct reports. Captured 123% YOY district growth by increasing district revenue and developing fellow traveler relationships. The district was credited for making both Dell and Cisco’s LargE Enterprise teams the #1 districts in North America in 2011. Generated record-setting YOY performance by outdistancing the competition and inspiring peak productivity from both sales and enterprise technical sales forces.

Group level responsibility with over 35 in report for GTM Strategy, Marketing and Training including joint OEM funded programs and events. Leadership experience with the ability to navigate complex internal and external stakeholders as well as multiple business units. Drove indirect revenue and influence exceeding $1B in revenue.Built and launched the Intel Technology Provider (ITP) program from ground up hiring initialheads and contract sales putting together a complete program supporting over 64,000 resellers across NA. Created the Solution Provider Advisory Council in 2008 with Intel executive sponsorship and support.Received the Intel Achievement Award (IAA) -March 2003. This is the highest level of award given by Intel Corporation (only 1% of company has achieved).

Drove high-performance, profitable operations by successfully managing all channel and field application engineers for North America. Total of 14 direct reports.Owned field resources and content for a nationwide 35+ city roadshow (Intel Channel Conference / Technical Solutions Training) for 5 years. Served as keynote presenter at multiple tour events; oversaw all presenters, content, and demonstrations.During this position supported multiple merger and acquisition integration. Facilitated the transition and divestiture of the Intel LANDesk Products Division, including migration of all field sales personnel to a newly formed company, in role as Interim NA Sales Manager.

Built and managed a team of over 40 System Engineers providing post sales support, services, and training. Generated services revenues exceeding $22M annually.
