As a freelancer during a professional sabbatical, I helped craft a high-touch learning workshop to promote the 9Decisions model. I consulted with the founders on marketing and sales strategies, and collaborated on sales presentations.

Deliver our four programs (Crucial Conversations, Crucial Confrontations, now Crucial Accountability, Influencer Training, and Change Anything to all levels of employees), consult on strategic training implementation, and coach individual managers/employees on performance excellence.

This course focuses on how to make it safe to discuss stressful issues, foster learning, create collaboration and encourage creativity among diverse people/groups.Crucial Accountability: Tools for Resolving Broken Promises, Violated Expectations and Bad Behavior. This course teaches people at all levels (especially leaders) how to positively influence performance improvements, increase accountability and correct problem behavior.Influencer Training teaches how to develop more effective habits among groups of people, thereby improving the overall culture of an organization.Change Anything is the personal version of Influencer. I recruited Learning and Development professionals to present at our monthly meetings and annual conference--all pro bono. I also managed venue operations.

I managed the training group until we were folded into the corporate training department. I then moved into the role of professional development training specialist.
