Ballena Homes LLC work in partnership with select architects, engineers and home design specialists to provide a complete range of professional services to assist our clients in building the home of their dreams. CONCEPT to COMPLETIONBallena Homes was launched in response to inquiries we received from many of our Century 21 Ballena Properties clients who had just purchased property. We realized that there was an opportunity to fill this need by applying our 20 plus years of combined knowledge of construction in Costa Rica to assist our clients in building their new home. The main criteria expressed by our clients was to have someone they could trust to get a quality job done on time and on budget. As a result we have successfully managed the build of many new homes utilizing an variety of accepted construction design layouts and materials. We not only have inquires from clients who purchase through our Century 21 affiliation, we also receive requests from clients who have already purchased a property and in need to have a Custom Home built. We Build Custom homes and provide management services from Concept to Completion and any size of project that may be requested.
