Working within a small team of Lotus Notes Developers writing functional specifications & initial estimates for new applications requested by the business. Development of new applications, enhancements and also providing support (by responding to user queries, diagnosing issues and monitoring & reporting) to the company’s existing 18 applications.

Responsible for providing metrics on the performance of the staff and products (reporting on Efficiency, Productivity, Quality and Profitability) by developing reports and distributing to all levels of Global Management within DSTGS and DST Systems. This was achieved by developing Lotus Notes extracts to SQL databases via ODBC.Developing Operational Reports using Crystal Reports and QlikView dashboards.

Working within the AWD International Support Centre, providing product support for AWD Business Intelligence to clients. Receiving all second line issues and adhering to a strict service level agreement. A complete understanding of the AWD products is essential to enable a thorough diagnosis of any installation, configuration, defect or business critical issue. My role to diagnose the issues within agreed SLA’s to reduce downtime of clients systems. Working with other third party software suppliers\partners, within a support role, with the implementation of DST Products in order to reduce conflicts with legacy systems. In addition to my support role, I developed and implemented new Lotus Notes applications to be used by the International Support Centre, also enhancing the features of our existing applications to suit the ISC changing requirements.Development and deployment of a range of Crystal Reports.
