I managed our business across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey, Greater London and specialised in providing temporary staff supply to my clients. I worked with the NHS, Care Homes, Nursing Homes and Support Services. I was responsible for consulting with my clients to understand their requirements and in turn provide the staffing solutions to suit their needs.

I managed one of Prime Time's largest accounts in the Southern region as well as helping the branch to generate new business within the private and local authority care sector. I successfully coordinated and managed over 150 care professionals each week for various temporary and contract assignments.

Every year, Broadway work with over 4000 people who are homeless or at risk of losing their homes. They provide a combination of practical support and long term guidance to help people lead fulfilling, independent lives. Having already recruited within the mental health, drug & alcohol and homeless sector, I took the opportunity to get first hand experience of what it’s like to work in this environment. Working as a key worker has enhanced my own communication skills by enabling me to interact with a variety of people from diverse cultural backgrounds.This role offered me fantastic training and the chance to utilise my knowledge of recruitment to mentor and inspire service users to build up the confidence and skills needed to find employment.
