I am an IT graduate with key skills in professional services, technical understanding and adult education. I deliver a mature and responsible approach to any task that I undertake and possess a proven history of meeting both internal and external deadlines. I am capable of taking both a technical or non-technical approach towards the resolution of a problem and am always striving to deliver beyond expectations. I am a TAP certified trainer with a strong understanding of a variety of subject matter including: the Atlassian tool suite, agile methodologies, PPM, ITSM and open source version control. I develop and create custom learning plans and solutions from start to finish and actively work in the transformation of work practices of an organisation and/or team to align with agile frameworks and software best practices.I have a strong understanding of Windows and Unix platforms, most commonly used software systems (e.g. Office) as well as training development and learning management systems such as Adobe Captivate. I am a quick learner with all forms of software and have a passion for computers and computer systems.
