Analysing risks in the workplace and ensuring they are controlled effectively and organisations are successfully meeting safety standards; providing mentoring, advice, guidance and support in a number of areas including asbestos, health, safety, welfare, construction, noise, vibration, musculoskeletal and return to work subjects; achieving success in the implementation of organisations health and safety management systems; preparation of health and safety strategies; undertaking risk assessments; liaising with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with mandatory regulations; investigating accidents and documenting reports and recommendations; undertaking site inspections to ensure that policies and procedures are being properly implemented; review of contractor documentation; interfacing with clients and design teams on a project basis.
