• Manage a team of technical sales engineers to provide the following supports for semiconductor and related industry in SEA.o Product and Process Applicationo Product Related Technical Trainingo Product Analysis o Quality Requestso Change Notification and Implementation o Quality and Performance Issues Investigation and Resolutiono Continuous Improvement Project Implementation• Develop and integrate the product strategy aligned with the account.• Proactively seek out and leverage new product opportunities to win and defend market share.• Drive development/implementation of associated projects with support from a range of departments and locations within target timeline to improve customer satisfaction. • Work closely with Technology in customized product formulation optimization and testing in lab and customer sites to achieve desired performance.• Maintain tool kits in Singapore lab for quick product analysis to support projects and issue investigation.• Responsible for facilitating the prompt, effective resolution of all product related issues.• Act as the Voice of the Customer within Dow providing technical sales feedback & needs from field to Marketing, Technology, Application Engineering, Product Quality Engineering regarding Dow and competitor product.• Coordinate customer meetings with Marketing, Technology, Application Engineering, Product Quality Engineering.• Review projects, issues, competitor status updates weekly for SEA region.• Chair and review key projects status update weekly for South Asia region.• Participate in South Asia technical sales monthly meeting.

• Introduce and adopt commercialized technology and products.• Provide technical applications support for customers.• Understand operation of polishing tools, polishing processes and related metrics appropriate for multiple industry fields of application.• Conduct user-focused applications development equipment such as designing test protocol, supervises and performs polishing test.• Cooperate with the General Site Manager and Regional Technical Manager in ensuring day to day activities are performed safely and consistent with and focused on long term objectives as defined in the business plan.• Liaise and work closely with relevant Marketing/ Technical/ Business/ Account Managers to assist them in defining the technical needs and demands of their business and the strategies/plans/actions needed to meet and exceed customer expectations in these areas.
