Muscle Activation Techniques Master Specialist And Fitness Performance Coach
CurrentI do customized fitness performance coaching both in 1 on 1 formats and in small group formats. I also do Muscle Activation Technique or MAT sessions 1 on 1 to assess and correct muscle imbalances related to pain, range of motion limitations, instability, and over use injuries. While I've definitely worked with a very broad range of clients ranging from beginners, weekend warriors, to elite athletes, I would say my specialty is both professional men and women from 35 to 60 years old that are either just starting out with their fitness journey, or used to be more fit but let their fitness slide to the back burner for a bit too long. I get a lot of clients that are finishing up their physical therapy or chiropractic treatment and are cautious about how to safely transition back into a fitness program. I'd be happy to answer any questions about how my approach can be a profoundly beneficial solution to accomplishing your fitness goals in a safe and effective manner. If you're not testing and retesting, then you're just crossing your fingers and hoping for a good outcome. If you can measure it, you can manage it.
