I collaborate with designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure customer satisfaction.I have been a Field Service Technician IV for MEMCOR® North America with over 20 years of experience in various roles in the company. I has extensive knowledge of Memcor’s proprietary membrane filtration and separation systems including their functional procedures and internal guidelines, thereby ensuring the successful installation, calibration and maintenance of the MEMCOR® CS, MEMCOR® XS, MEMCOR® XP, MEMCOR® CP and MEMCOR® MBR (Immersed Mem-brane Bioreactor System).I been with MEMCOR® since 1999. I have worked in manufacturing from 1999 to 2007 in Australia in a number of roles that encompassed the production and assembly of all MEMCOR® products in our facility in Windsor NSW. I also played an important role in their Quality Control Department as a QC Coordinator. Since 2007 I have worked as a Field Service Technician in the United States.Since joining MEMCOR, I traveled throughout the US, Australia, Singapore, Canada and Mexico ensuring that our water and waste water treatment equipment runs smoothly and efficiently.
