A highly driven Business Manager with proven success across different markets in the UK & Saudi Arabia with experience managing Key Accounts, Sales Development & Process, P & L and cost management, Field Sales People Management, Operations Management with various IT Skills.I spent 6 years in Saudi Arabia as a National Parts Sales Manager with accountability to manage the Parts Sales & Operations across 12 OE Brands that we sold as a Main Dealer for Trucks, Buses, Construction, Agricultural, Motor Bikes and Water Sports Equipment through 4 main Regional Hubs and a further 8 branches. Direct Support & Management of 4 Regional Parts Managers and 25 Field Sales Managers we achieved the highest Parts Sales Turnover the Company had achieved.After returning from Saudi Arabia I worked for LKQ / ECP as a Regional Sales Manager initially across 10 branches with direct line management of 10 General Managers, the Region managed to be within the Top 3 Regions across ECP for the first 5 months of 2018 before a restructure added a further 6 branches.I then spent 2 months supporting and training the Sales Development Process through the TPS sites across Greater Manchester with VAG before moving on to being a Regional Manager for Motor Parts Direct and opening 13 brand new branches over 3 years, now all trading successfully across the North West, North Wales and M6 corridor.Now in my current role as Operations Manager for the Northern Division supporting and leading 7 Regional Managers across 83 branches.Before Saudi Arabia I worked for Partco / Unipart Automotive for over 23 years with over 15 years of that in either Regional Sales & Operations Management or Sales Management positions.After spending 6 Years in Saudi Arabia and outside the UK Automotive Market my success in Saudi & since I returned clearly demonstrates my strength of character and confidence in my ability to adjust to new markets and lead Teams from the front.
