➢ Supported Alloys two largest strategic accounts equalling a book of business of over $2.4 million➢ Solely responsible for the health, wellbeing and growth of Alloy’s largest strategic account, growing the account twofold during my time as their engagement manager.➢ Project managed the end-to-end delivery of 110+ implementations for my second customer over the course of a one year project, a record time for implementations at Alloy.➢ Developed and maintained meaningful relationships with executive sponsors through regular check ins, building success plans, business value reviews, and in-person visits.➢ Worked closely with my clients as their implementation project manager, support manager, as well as delivering regular training and live problem solving sessions for them.➢ Collaborated internally with sales, product, marketing and our engineering teams to ensure we delivered for our clients.

➢ Sourced, developed and implemented 5+ strategic product partnerships and alliances with global organizations in order to expand Trulioo’s product offerings. ➢ Managed the relationship with prospective partners all the way to contract signature, including establishing requirements, contract reviews and pricing negotiations.

Central Credit Register (CCR) Project, Irish Retail Bank➢ Led a workstream to rollout the redesign and implementation of business processes and procedures across 8 different product teams to align with new EU Central Credit Register (CCR) requirements.➢ Delivered all processes and procedures in advance of the regulatory deadline, and also assisted in the rollout of communications, hypercare and training to 200+ client resources.

GDPR Project, Irish Retail Bank➢ Created and shaped the programme governance for a major project with 30+ resources, acting as PMO for these resources.➢ Managed the programme finances, including tracking programme spend, and forecasting future costs.➢ Assisted 10+ business units within the bank building remediation plans to ensure compliance with GDPR requirements.➢ Created training materials and delivered workshops to client resources to enable them to understand GDPR.

➢ Facilitation and organization of birthday parties, summer camps, school tours, art workshops and drama workshops for children up to the age of 9.

➢ Created innovative ideas to teach English to groups of up to 10 children, and to adults one-to-one.
