Current- Scaled and recruited a team in high growth phase- Managing a team of 18 CSMs across different offices in the APAC and Middle East region (Australia, Japan, South Korea, China, Singapore, India and Dubai)- Focus on retention and growth of existing accounts through customer value- Ensuring teamwork and customer focus across the different business units- Voice of the Customer- Analysis of data in order to make informed decisions in a rapidly-changing environment
