Bella Fresh Pasta launched into the Darwin market on Monday 30 March 2020, after we were forced to close Wharf One Food & Wine and il lido bar doors due to the Australian Government's COVID-19 Social Distancing Restrictions.We have been making fresh pasta for our venues for over 2 years and also selling to a local specialty foods store, Parap Fine Foods, for over a year.We saw this as an opportunity to expand our offering to the local Darwin community, especially as there was limited pasta options on the shelves of supermarkets.We are focused on making the tastiest top-quality fresh pasta, gourmet pasta sauces, ready-made meals and Pizzas in Darwin. To achieve this, we work with great care and attention to detail when preparing our products.We are now stocked in a number of local supermarkets: Parap Fine Foods, IGA Darwin Xpress, Greenies Real Food, IGA Zuccoli, IGA Berry Springs, IGA Howard Springs, 5 Star Nightcliff Supermarket.We have also opened our own pop up shops.
