In 2010, I joined Netflix and played a pivotal role in its evolution from a domestic DVD business into a global streaming juggernaut. In addition to leading content planning, acquisition, and launch efforts across Europe, I managed our strategic partnerships with Hollywood studios, innovated on the licensing model, and aligned business operations across the company.Currently, I also serve as a member of the Board of Directors and Content Committee for STARZPLAY, a privately held streaming service in the Middle East and North Africa, where I guide strategic decisions and long-term investments. In addition, I am a lecturer at UCLA Anderson School of Management, where I teach a graduate-level course on analytics in the media and entertainment industry, leveraging my MBA from UCLA and my extensive experience in generating actionable insights. In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, surfing, mountain biking, traveling, and spending time with my family and our two dogs.
