Selling is challenging yet so satisfying! And being able to take my experiences and successes, and help develop a team into successful fact-based sales people in their own right is even more rewarding. The challenges and wins I have had in multiple retail categories have given me the confidence and winning attitude I have today. From Frito-Lay, where I learned to sell and analyze Syndicated Data, and then went on to manage huge structure changes for my team of 200+ people; to Coca Cola, where I was able to gain sales wins on a truly national basis; to PepsiCo, where I successfully developed chain programming to include multiple categories of consumer goods. I then moved into Adult Beverages with Labatt/InBev USA, where my selling skills helped launch brands like Dos Equis and Stella Artois; and then to Miller Coors to develop a team of specialized sales reps on my 7-Eleven team; then on to a stint in the Spirits category at Pernod Ricard, where I analyzed brand development opportunities for different segments; and then moved back to the beer category at North American Breweries, where I managed our Pyramid Alehouses branding initiatives, our National Accounts in the West, and started the Beer education program throughout the company.I have been honored with sales and leadership awards at Frito Lay, Labatt/InBev USA and NAB, and was awarded a two-year scholarship to learn and prepare for the very challenging Master Cicerone exam.
