• Led 78 aircrew officers and enlisted Sailors conducting airborne reconnaissance missions in the CENTCOM, EUCOM, and SOUTHCOM areas of responsibility- Enforced Naval Air Training Operating Procedures Standardization (NATOPS) training and certifications. Tracked all job qualification standards completion, aircrew qualifications, flight hours, and deployed days. Approved corrective actions for aircrew personnel not meeting NATOPS requirements. • Chairman of Monthly Flight Order Audit Boards- Chaired monthly working group to ensure aircrew personnel met eligibility requirements to serve in an active aircrew status and were authorized to receive incentive pay for flight duty. Ensured flight records were properly administered and maintained. • Command Lessons Learned Officer- Obtained lessons learned feedback from Sailors returning from air, surface, subsurface, and boots on the ground deployments. Convened monthly working groups to discuss and develop corrective actions for discrepancies and to identify and implement best practices. Tracked action items and provided monthly updated to command leadership.• Performed In-flight Duties as a Special Evaluator- Completed 12 deployments, accruing over 1000 flight hours aboard the EP-3E SIGINT reconnaissance aircraft. Executed 100+ Sensitive Reconnaissance Operations and Fleet Support missions in support of National, Theater, and Fleet collection requirements in the EUCOM and SOUTHCOM AORs.- Prepared pre-mission collection strategy plans. Reviewed and approved all inflight and post-mission SIGINT collection and reporting, ensuring all intelligence reports complied with applicable policies and instructions. Conducted post-mission debrief with the crew, identifying improvements for following missions.
